How we structure delivery
Reference projects and client logos are being cleared for publication with the clients concerned. Rather than fill this page with stock photography and invented figures, we have built it as it will appear once that content is released — and used the space to describe honestly how we structure project delivery, which is what most people are actually trying to assess.
If you want references for a specific technology, sector or region, ask. We will share whatever the client has agreed we may share, and we will tell you where we have no relevant experience.

Roles
Delivery roles and what each means for you
You get a decision-grade answer on whether the project should exist, in what form, and at what cost — with cost and profitability analysis. You are not committed to us for anything downstream.
We help define the scope, prepare the RFP documents, evaluate contractor proposals and select the EPC contractor. You get comparable bids and a defensible selection rationale.
An independent technical authority on your side during someone else's execution: design review, specification compliance, factory and site inspection, progress verification.
We manage engineering, procurement and construction on your behalf; contracts stay with you. Suited to projects where you want control and visibility rather than a lump-sum wrapper.
Full responsibility on scopes that fit our capability, with civil construction executed by local contractors under our engineering supervision.
A defined package into someone else's EPC scope, with performance guarantees, factory acceptance testing before shipment and commissioning support.
