Services
Engineering, industrial and commercial services
Six service lines that can be bought individually or as a turnkey scope — covering the project lifecycle from feasibility study to spare parts, and the commercial structures around it.
Overview
How we engage
Glorinda's business divides into four domains. Industrial services delivers technical and management services throughout all or selected phases of the industrial project lifecycle, supporting clients from feasibility and project definition through contractor selection, project management, execution, commissioning and operational support. Manufacturing develops products under the Glorinda brand and has them made by qualified OEM partners. Startup helps technology owners turn innovation into a business. Finance structures and finances industrial projects and startups.
Most clients arrive needing one of these and end up using two. A feasibility study becomes an owner's engineering mandate. A product enquiry becomes a package integration scope. A partnership discussion becomes a financing conversation. We have deliberately built the offer so that those transitions are easy rather than a re-tender.
Typical engagements run from around €200,000 to several million euros, with sales cycles of six months to two years. We plan our involvement around that rather than pushing for a quick close.

Project roles we take
Being explicit about the role matters more than the label on the contract. These are the positions we hold on industrial projects.
Establishing whether the project should exist, in what form and at what cost. Options assessment, technology evaluation, cost and profitability analysis, and a recommendation you can take to a board.
Assisting clients in defining the project scope, preparing request for proposal documents, evaluating contractor proposals, and selecting the most suitable EPC contractor. Also technical and management consulting on execution strategies, EPC contracting models and best practices for successful project delivery.
The client-side technical authority during someone else's execution. Design review, specification compliance, factory and site inspection, progress verification, and the unwelcome questions that a contractor's own engineer is not positioned to ask.
Managing engineering, procurement and construction on the client's behalf, with contracts held by the client. Suited to projects where the client wants control and visibility rather than a single lump-sum wrapper.
Full engineering, procurement and construction responsibility on scopes that fit our capability. Civil construction is executed by local contractors under our engineering supervision — we supervise it rather than self-perform it, which keeps that risk with the party best able to price it.
Bringing a plant from mechanically complete to producing on specification: pre-commissioning checks, system-by-system commissioning, performance testing, operator training and handover documentation.
Where we are used
Typical project types
Greenfield
A new plant on a new site, from feasibility onward.
Brownfield
New process inside an existing operating facility.
Plant expansion
Adding capacity where the constraint is usually a utility.
Capacity upgrade
Debottlenecking to get more from what is installed.
Revamp
Replacing or reconfiguring process stages that no longer perform.
Compliance projects
Bringing a plant inside a consent that has moved.
Performance improvement
Reducing energy, water or chemical consumption on a running plant.
Technical due diligence
Independent assessment for an investor, lender or acquirer.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can you be our engineering partner rather than a supplier?
Yes, and it is one of the most common relationships we have. Owner's engineer, EPC advisor, feasibility consultant and EPCM contractor are all roles where we sit on the client's side of the table with no equipment to sell into that particular decision.
Do you self-perform civil construction?
No. Civil works are executed by local contractors. We provide engineering supervision, system integration, commissioning and start-up. That division keeps construction risk with the party who can price it properly and keeps process performance with us.
What size of project do you work on?
Typically €200,000 to several million euros. Sales cycles run six months to two years for plant-scale decisions.
Can you support us after handover?
That is what industrial services exists for: operation support, operator training, maintenance, after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, performance improvement and spare parts.

Take this further
Send us the stream data, the discharge limit or the equipment list you are working from. An engineer reads every enquiry and replies with the questions that actually decide the solution — not a brochure.
